Customized communication

The automated communication service of Your Voice integrates IVR with corporate systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) that contain information about customer insolvencies. As soon as the customer contacts the company, the system checks his/her identity while respecting the privacy policy, and then provides a customized communication relative to his/her account profile, directing him/her to the preferred payment method.

The solution can also send the customer an email/fax requesting a compliant copy of any documents (invoices/bank statements, etc.). Integrated with our payment systems, it lets you manage the complete process, up to the collection of the debt.
