Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The Data Controller processes personal data for various purposes:

  1. respond to requests sent through the form, for example to obtain information on products or services (including sending the brochure, catalog and / or other corporate information material), to get a quote, etc .: in this case, consent it is not required because the treatment is necessary to respond to these requests;
  2. use the contact details of the interested party (e-mail address, landline and mobile phone number, postal address) to carry out opinion and satisfaction surveys, transmit commercial communications containing information on products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events to which the Owner will participate: for this purpose, the express consent of the interested party is required, which can be given and revoked even for some of the aforementioned activities, by writing to the e-mail address indicated below;

Data retention period
The Data Controller intends to process the data according to the following time criteria:

  • if information is requested, the data will be processed for the time necessary to provide feedback; if a quote is requested, however, the data will be processed for a maximum time equal to twice the period of effectiveness of the proposal, without prejudice to further storage for the time necessary for the definition (however reached) of any disputes that may have arisen;
  • for the purpose referred to in point 2), the data will be processed for twenty-four months from the release of the consent: the interested party may withdraw the consent or otherwise oppose the processing at any time;

In any case, for technical / organizational reasons, the treatment will last for 30 days from the terms indicated above.

Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is necessary and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may give rise to the impossibility for the Data Controller to pursue the aforementioned purposes. The provision for further purposes is optional: in the absence of this, the Data Controller will not be able to carry out the corresponding activities but will in any case be entitled to pursue the purposes referred to in point 1).

Categories of recipients
The Data Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to communicate them to internal figures authorized to process them on the basis of their respective duties, as well as to Group companies, sales agents, credit institutions, credit insurance companies, credit recovery companies, commercial information, factoring, consulting, to associations and / or business organizations, to professionals or service companies, as well as to public and private entities, also following inspections and checks.
These recipients, if they were to process data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be appointed as data processors with a specific contract or other legal act.

Data transfer to a third country and / or an international organization
Personal data will not be transferred to non-European third countries or to international organizations.

Rights of the interested parties
The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller to access their personal data and to correct them if inaccurate, to delete them or limit their treatment if the conditions are met, to oppose their treatment for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, and to obtain the portability of personally provided data only if subject to an automated treatment based on consent or contract. The interested party also has the right to revoke the consent given for the processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the time of the revocation.
