Accounting module. This makes it possible to record all the operations performed during any communications process (or workflow). This module is particularly useful for those organisations, such as Call Centers, who have to perform multiple contact activities on different customers, continuously monitoring the operations performed.

TTS (Text to Speech). This leading-edge speech synthesis system converts any written text into a vocal message. The TTS module can be used to personalise every message sent to each individual, combining sections of pre-recorded studio messages with portions of message generated by software (names, places, dates, figures).

ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition). Your Voice utilizes the most advanced technology available today for automatic speech recognition. By means of this module, users can navigate in a hierarchic structure and interact with an automatic system using their voice.

EAI (Enterprise Application Integration). Using the application interfaces (Web Services) offered by the EAI module, any external programme can be used to plan and launch communications activities over different channels, to access the system reports and logs, and to acquire useful information regarding the platform configuration.
