THE PRIMARY BLOCKS
Interaction Manager. This section designs and controls the interaction flow diagrams and the decision trees that can be programmed, ready for use by the recipient.
For example, in the case of automated vocal communications, the interaction manager is used to configure the path hierarchy within which the user can navigate using the telephone keypad.
Workflow Manager. This section generates, configures and executes communications flux. A workflow diagram represents the logical sequence of a series of interactions, and makes it possible to determine which actions should be performed (for example, sending a text message) when certain conditions arise (such as when a given indicator reaches a threshold, or when a user presses a key).
Scheduling Manager. This section controls the timescale planning of workflow performance. Every workflow process is activated and executed according to a programme that configures dates, time bands, number of contact attempts, or simply the immediate performance of an operation following a certain occurrence (such as a phone call in arrival).
