By means of its SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), the use of SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) and specific EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) adaptors, the Your Voice platform can be integrated with the most widely used programmes on the market today, intercommunicating in XML language.
