Your Voice MC2 (Management Control) is a module in the Your Voice technological platform that helps management keep an eye on the company's critical processes. MC2 collects, processes and distributes data, information, K.P.I. and customer feedback on a one-to-one, multichannel basis.
- Comprehensive sales up-dates sent to the sales manager by text message, and figures for a specific region delivered to the respective area manager?

Information can be distributed in PUSH mode, at regular intervals or on reaching pre-set threshold values, or in PULL mode, with a request sent using a toll-free phone number, or with a text message.
