INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA HANDLING IN COMPLIANCE WITH ART. 10 OF LAW NUMBER 675/1996.
Article 10 of law n¡ 675/1996 (the "Law") states that personal data handling be preceded by the provision of relevant information on such processing to the individual to whom the data refers. Regarding the processing of your personal data by Your Voice S.p.A., with offices in Milan, Viale Lombardia 32 (hereinafter "YourVoice"), please review the following points: 1. Purposes of data handling. Personal data will be collected and processed by YourVoice for the following purposes: á to enable the temporary use of the company's services, to perform tests on correct functioning; á in the stipulation of contracts for the supply of its services; á marketing and advertising; á sending informative and promotional material; á statistical analyses for marketing purposes; á surveying customer satisfaction; á opinion polls; á functions necessary for compliance with laws and regulations, both national and from the European Union, and regulations issued by the authorities given responsibility for such purposes, and by organisations responsible for monitoring and enforcement. 2. Methods of personal data processing. Processing will be performed using automated systems, in compliance with the regulations on confidentiality and security contained in the Law, and it may include one or more of the following operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, communication, cancellation, destruction. 3. Data controller/administrator. Personal data may be handled, on behalf of YourVoice, by the company's employees, and by professionals or companies who perform specific processing functions or additional activities, or functions necessary for providing the services offered. 4. Submission of personal data. The submission of personal data to YourVoice is optional. A refusal to compile the respective forms or questionnaires will have no consequences, except that it may not be possible to provide you with comprehensive information on the services offered, to use the services for demonstration tests, or to use the services as such. 5. Data transference. Personal data may be communicated, in whole or in part, to professionals or companies involved in running invoicing services and, more in general, in accounting functions, and such figures will retain the data in their quality of independent data handling subjects in accordance with the Law. 6. Geographical area of data transference. In accordance with the existence of telecommunications, information technology or postal connections, personal data may be transferred abroad, including countries outside the European Union. 7. Your rights. Article 13 of the Law specifies that you have the following rights: á you have the right to view the record held by the personal data protection Guarantor in order to view the processing of data concerning yourself; á you have the right to receive, under the supervision of the Administrator and, if nominated, the data processing Controller: confirmation of the existence of data regarding yourself, the transmission of this data, and its origin, as well as the methods adopted and the reasons for its processing; - the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of data processed in a way that violates the Law; - the up-dating, correction or completion of the data; - confirmation that knowledge of the above-described operations was imparted to the subjects to whom the data was communicated or transmitted; á you have the right to refuse, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, that your personal data be processed, even when this data is relevant to the purposes of data collection; á you have the right to refuse, wholly or in part, the processing of your personal data for marketing information purposes, for the despatch of advertising material or direct sales, for market research surveys or interactive marketing campaigns, and you should be informed by the Administrator that you have the opportunity to avail of this right with no charge. 8. Data processing Administrator. The data processing administrator, in accordance with the Law, is Your Voice S.p.a., with registered office in Milan, Viale Lombardia, n. 32, with whom you can uphold your rights as stated in art. 13 of the Law.
