Consumers of Findus products were offered prizes in an instant competition, simple in operation and non-intrusive in its mode of interaction. The consumer simply sent a text message with the code found on the package. In reply, another text message was sent with the results of the draw and the necessary information on how to collect the prize.

Your Voice E-CO made it possible to reduce the running costs of the competition, enabling the Call Center operatives to work on just outbound calls concerning a limited category of prizes. At the same time, the use of the text message channel appealed to the consumer's impulsive nature, making participation simple and quick. During the period of the competition, over a million text messages were recorded.
