This important market research company needed to pre-select a significant sample from a base of hundreds of thousands of potential candidates. It immediately appeared important to contact them individually in order to verify their suitability. In such cases, on average more than two attempts at contact are necessary before even reaching the candidate, and this represents a costly commitment. Often the interviewer took a lot of time to complete the contact, and this was not acceptable for the functionality of the project.
Your Voice E-CO was used to call each candidate automatically by phone, repeating the call in the case of no response. Once contact had been made, after a brief screening phase that verified that the candidate satisfied the preliminary requisites determined by ACNielsen, the call was transferred to the telephone operator who completed the interview.
