Reports on over fifteen performance indicators, in both text message and vocal form, were transmitted to hundreds of managers in push mode, at regular intervals and on predetermined occurrences (in other words, urgent reports were sent whenever given threshold levels were exceeded).

In addition, remote drill down mechanisms (in both text message and vocal format) and systems providing an immediate response to requests for specific reports were provided in pull mode.
