Promoting alternative methods of invoice payment

After having selected a panel of about a million customers who habitually paid their electricity bills at the post office, Your Voice was used to contact them automatically, by means of an automated call to a landline phone, comprehensively illustrating the advantages and characteristics of the CartaWATT and ContoWATT payment options, and at the same time verifying their consent for transfer to an operator to finalise the new mode of payment.

By means of Your Voice E-CO, the Enel Call Center operatives were able to concentrate on just the individuals willing to change their method of payment, saving a great deal of outbound calls throughout the entire customer base. In terms of redemption, as many as 10% of the leads transferred to the Call Center completed the process of payment method transformation.
